Building Performance
It is a system that tests, evaluates, and certifies the performance of buildings — structure, waterproofing, safety, environment, and more — against defined standards. The Institute of Building Performance (IBP) operates the performance-based certification program and issues certificates.
BF Certification
Submit the application form and required documents through the IBP website or the secretariat. After receipt, the certification proceeds through document review and on-site evaluation.
