Applicant
The applicant must be the building owner or proprietor. However, a constructor may apply for certification with the consent of the building owner or proprietor.
Processing Period
Certification (both preliminary and main) is processed within 30 days from the receipt of application documents and payment of fees. If the documents are insufficient or inaccurate, supplementation may be requested, and the supplementation period is not counted in the processing period.
