About Membership
The Institute was established to lead the improvement of building performance and related knowledge and information, establishing academic and technical systems to meet the era of advanced science and technological innovation.
We warmly welcome the participation of those active in the building industry, academia, and research institutes.

Purpose
The Institute conducts comprehensive investigation, research, evaluation, verification, and certification to advance the performance of domestic building products. Through this, it realizes a performance-centered building production process and, by widely disseminating and utilizing it, fosters a sound building culture and promotes public safety and the public interest.
Key Activities
- Investigation, R&D and support for building performance grade & evaluation systems
- Establishing standards and conducting evaluations for building performance grade & evaluation systems
- Publication and distribution of reference materials for building performance grade & evaluation systems
- Cooperation and exchange with public institutions, organizations, and companies
- Professional workforce training and job creation
- Barrier-Free (BF) living environment certification, professional training, and research
- Other building-related activities necessary to achieve the Institute's purpose

Regular Member
An individual or organization approved by the Board from among associate members
Associate Member
An individual or organization that agrees with the Institute's founding purpose and submits an application
Honorary Member
An individual or organization that agrees with the founding purpose and is approved by the Board
Application & Fees
Complete the membership application and privacy consent forms, then submit by email
Registered as a member after fee payment confirmation and Board approval
